These rates apply to cash on delivery and online payment, where available. The courier will not charge an additional delivery fee beyond the amount shown at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Products may be returned or exchanged in our Jeordie’s stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Only returns are available through the online return process; exchanges by courier are not available. For a different size or product, visit a store for an exchange or return the original product and place a new online order.
Refund
Refunds following withdrawal from an online purchase will be processed without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your written notice of withdrawal. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
