Shipping policy
Jeordie’s delivers online orders throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina through our logistics partner, A2B.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is up to 5 business days from order confirmation.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends.
During periods of high order volume, public holidays, promotional campaigns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, delivery times may be extended.
Shipping Costs
The following delivery charges apply to cash on delivery and online payments, where available:

The courier will not charge any additional delivery fee beyond the amount shown at checkout.
Orders Sent in Multiple Parcels
Depending on product availability, your order may be prepared and dispatched from more than one Jeordie’s store.
Your products may therefore arrive in separate parcels and on different days. We will send you a dispatch notification for each shipment.
You will not pay additional shipping fees because your order is sent in multiple parcels.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available for orders delivered within Bosnia and Herzegovina. You pay for your order upon delivery.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver only to addresses within Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Delivery to parcel lockers or pickup points, and collection of online orders from Jeordie’s physical stores, are currently not available.
You may still return or exchange eligible online purchases at our Jeordie’s stores, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Failed Delivery
Please provide complete and accurate delivery information when placing your order.
If a parcel cannot be successfully delivered or is not collected, it may be returned to the sender.
Such parcels are generally returned to our distribution centre within approximately 10 days, depending on the courier’s procedures.
If you need help with an unsuccessful delivery, contact us at online.bih@jeordies.com.tr and include your order number.
Returns
The delivery charges above apply to sending your order to you. Return shipping charges are separate and are calculated by A2B.
