Shipping policy

Jeordie’s online store delivers orders throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Deliveries are carried out by our logistics partner A2B.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is up to 5 business days from the confirmation of the order.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends.

During periods of high order volume, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, delivery times may be extended.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the selected payment method and the total value of the order:

• Online payment for orders below 139.90 KM: 12.00 KM
• Online payment for orders of 139.90 KM or more: Free shipping
• Cash on delivery for orders below 139.90 KM: 10.00 KM
• Cash on delivery for orders of 139.90 KM or more: 2.00 KM

No additional delivery fee will be charged by the courier beyond the amount displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available for orders delivered within Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The customer pays for the order upon delivery.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver only to addresses within Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Delivery to parcel lockers, pickup points, or collection of online orders from Jeordie’s physical stores is currently not available.

Failed Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If a parcel cannot be successfully delivered or is not collected by the customer, it may be returned to the sender.

Such parcels are generally returned to our distribution centre within approximately 10 days, depending on the courier’s procedures.
